I am a business-oriented CFO with massive leadership experience both on a strategic, tactical and operational level. I have over 20 years of work experience and a theoretical background as a Cand.merc.aud. For the past 22 years, I have worked in the financial sector and have gained deep insight into the management of a financial company. Since June 2021, I have worked as CFO at Danica Pension, where I am a member of the Executive Board and responsible for Finance, Risk Management and Actuariat. Personally and as a leader, I am ambitious, structured and goal-oriented. I am motivated by ensuring development and achieving results. This applies both to the company and my employees. I am team-
